My first attempt at making a bushcraft knife and leather sheath. I used a cut-off of an old machete that I made some modifications to in another video. This is another video that some how was deleted and I had to reload it.

easy solution to this as demonstrated here! it does take 45mins which isnt particularly fast, but not a problem when you are camping and playing with the fire anyway!

this is just to clarify the different types of knots you can use to overcome the problem of fat trees and the use of the garda hitch! its really down to you… just make sure itll take your weight and dont be complacent!
if the tree is too big and you cant clip your carabiner on for a garda hitch, what do you do? simple solution….. its easier than you think!
